Organizing your team members’ permissions in Sonar according to their specific roles has been proven to help drive revenue and growth. Administrator

Sales administrators act as a connecting piece between sales operations and the sales team. Admins help with software set-up and onboarding, being the liaison for sales software questions/issues, and hooking up integrations with their tech stack. They may also perform data admin duties for a sales team or office, such as monitoring sales reps’ hours and organizing daily sales results to present to higher management.

If any employee needs assistance in Sonar, the admin should be the first place they go for help. If they are unable to fix the issue, they will reach out to their dedicated Partner Experience Manager at Sonar.
